Functions
Machines is able to bend tubes and profiles in both directions, for the creation of several regular or complex geometric shapes. The simultaneous execution of right and left curves is obtained using the unique system of the retractable bending rolls, for the complete use of the working plan during all phases of the profile bending.
With a single set of rolls, composed by driving rolls, bending rolls and guide rolls, it is possible to obtain, in the same profile, an infinite number of radii, all perfectly joint, in the intersection between the curves with different radii, and between the bent and the straight part, in both the bending direction.
CNC Control System
Windows based, revolutionary computerized numerical control system with interpolated axis allowing the machine to easily obtain the desired shape with the previously established parameters, which depend on the bending profile. In this way, programming becomes extremely easy.
The bending shapes that are directly designed on the CNC Control Touchscreen correspond exactly to what appears on the Simulation Screen and to the shape physically obtained from the machine. This characteristic makes the programming easier and allows the execution of perfectly symmetric shapes.
- Self-Programming: load the AutoCAD DXF file to the machine from a USB Memory Stick or download from network. DXF can be automatically converted to machine program.
- Manual Programming: follow the application drawing to input values of Length, Radius and Angle(any 2 of 3), programmed shape is visualized and correspond to what you input.
